How do I purchase a digital product?
Simply choose your template, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be delivered instantly.
How will I receive my download?
You’ll receive an automatic email with your download link immediately after purchase which you can always get back too. (Make sure to Star the email.). You can also access your on the Thank You Page right after your purchase.
Do you ship any physical products?
No — we only sell digital items. Nothing physical will be shipped.
Can I use these themes for multiple client projects?
Your purchase includes a single-use license. For multiple projects, please purchase one license per client/store.

What file types are included?
Our Shopify themes include all required theme files (.zip), plus extras like documentation (PDF), brand assets (optional), and instructions.
Are your products compatible with Shopify 2.0?
Yes — all themes are built for Shopify Online Store 2.0.
Do your templates work with any Shopify plan?
Yes, you can use them with any active Shopify subscription.
Do I need design or coding skills?
No coding is required — everything is drag-and-drop friendly, and you’ll get setup instructions.

What if I have trouble installing the theme?
We provide a step-by-step PDF guide. If you still need help, you can contact us anytime with your order number.
My theme isn’t uploading — what should I do?
Double-check that you uploaded the .zip theme file and that your Shopify store meets the required file size limits. If issues persist, message us and we’ll assist you.
Do you offer customization?
We don’t offer custom design services yet, but we may in the future. For now, the templates are fully customizable inside Shopify.
I didn’t receive my download email. What now?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend your files right away.
💳 Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and Paypal. All these are within Paypal. You can checkout as a guest and use debit/credit, or use your account to pay using your Paypal balance.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all products are digital and instantly delivered, we do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter a problem with your files, we’re happy to help you resolve it.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed safely through secure payment gateways.
Can I request a replacement file?
Absolutely. If your file is damaged, missing, or corrupted, we’ll send a fresh copy at no extra cost.
